Returns & Exchange Policy

Please check the sizing charts carefully for individual products and if you have any questions before ordering you can email customer service at publisher@nsnews.com.

While we do not offer returns, we can exchange your product for a different size if needed.

You will first need to re-order the appropriate size. Our supplier will then mail you the new item. You can then drop the mis-sized item off at our office in North Vancouver for a refund.
